hi guy ..last week i had car accident in melbourne?
That was my fault.my car is not any kind of damage but others person had little bit damage n its brand new car..so today i got letter from his insurance company stated that provide your vehicle detail and your insurance company detalis?my question i only have to pay access fee not any big bill??
its right pls guide me,,sorry for my language prob

Just to make it short and simple:
Contact your car insurer, inform them what happened and I’m sure they will ask the letter from the other insurer, give it to them and they will advise you what happened and what you need to do.

you will pay the pay access fee amount only but your insurance will sort it out for you as a 3rd party claim.
so say the damage is 5000 and your access fee is only 1000 you will only pay the 1000 so dont stress.
it happened to me so i am talking about personal experience

all you need to do it pay ur xs lodge claim with ur insurance company and hand that letter to them…they will deal with other person insurance company
no u dont need to pay any big bill but xs only
